Once you have emptied the pods, you call again, and the company comes and reclaims them. Often you do not even need to be home when the pods are delivered and picked up. Is there anything different about using pods? Packing moving pods is not quite like packing a moving van. Instead of putting the heaviest objects at the front of the container, you should spread the weight evenly across the floor of the container, with heavy objects on the bottom and lighter objects on top. You should also pack your belongings in extremely firmly, since the container may tip a bit as it is driven about and unloaded.
